The property was spacious and clean, with a lovely kitchen and dining area. The view from the house was breathtaking. I also appreciated the prompt response when there was a small issue with a light switch, it was fixed right away. The owner, Mary, went above and beyond by helping us post back some items we left behind, without charging us for the postage. I would definitely recommend this place for a family stay! I highly recommend this property for its great value, cleanliness, and wonderful amenities.

We had an amazing time at Preswylfa Villa! the house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our trip with a big group. We were delighted to find a couple of bottles of wine, cake, and chocolates waiting for us. the location was also super convenient, with most of the best hiking and climbing spots in Snowdonia just a 20-30 minutes drive away. We can't wait to come back!

    Nothing, all excellent! 😄.

I truly adored the charming decor of the house, it felt like walking into a cozy cottage straight out of a storybook. The soft colors and quaint furnishings created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for senior people like myself. , the general areas of the hotel were easily accessible, with well-lit hallways and comfortable seating areas, making it easy for me to navigate and relax. The thoughtful touches throughout the hotel catered to the needs of older guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I wish there was a personal assistant available to assist senior guests with their needs. The children working there were helpful, but sometimes it would have been easier to have someone specifically dedicated to assisting older guests with any requirements they may have.

The tranquil waters and beautiful surroundings made it a truly enjoyable experience. The kids caught their first fish and were thrilled! The location was perfect for outdoor activities, and the spacious and well-equipped house provided a comfortable base for our adventures.

My wife says that some child-friendly games or toys would have been a nice addition for families with children.

Enjoyed pretending to be sporty with golfing and fishing nearby. Managed to cycle without falling off. The airport was conveniently close, in case I needed a quick escape.

How inconvenient! The dishwasher, dining area, and washing machine were too far apart.

The property was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The kitchen and dining area were lovely, and it was a bonus to have a well-equipped kitchen. The prompt fixing of a light switch issue showed great customer service. the staff went above and beyond by assisting with the postage of forgotten items, without charging extra. Perfect for a family stay.

The location of the cutlery in a separate cupboard from the kitchen was inconvenient, requiring a walk to the dining room. The bunk bed mattresses were too hard for little ones, and some of the double beds creaked, possibly needing tightening.
